Photography Studio Policies
I highly value client's time, as well as my own.
I believe following a few clear studio policies helps me, and clients, create a wonderful and easy experience.

Travel Fees
The $150 Booking Deposit fee is non-refundable, but transferable, even if the event is cancelled. The deposit is subtracted from the final payment.
Payment is sent by etransfer to danielle@danielledurandphotography.com. Confirmation is sent within 24hours.
SESSION RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their photography session it must be done via email and acknowledged by Capture Love 72 hours prior to the session date. There's no additional cost to the client. There will be an additional cost of $50 if within 48 hrs and $75 within 24hrs of the photography session.
If clients wishes to reschedule they will have 1 year from the original session date before the session expires. In the event of an expired session reaches past 1 year the client will not receive any type of refund or credit for future services.
WEATHER LIMITATIONS FOR OUTDOOR SESSIONS: Outdoors sessions with natural light are stunning. Calgary weather can unfortunately be very unpredictable, changing drastically within a few days.
Clouds add texture to the sky and are not a reason for a postponement or rescheduling. When it's indicating 60%+ rain/snow at the time of session I will contact clients within 48hrs. Once over 70% the session will be rescheduled.

I offer a travel option for clients who prefer I come to them. My maternity + newborn photography clients can have an in home natural light session for an additional $100/plus gst within 30km of my NW photography studio. Past this is $1/km.
Clients who would like to meet at a destination of their choice it's $1km, starting from my NW Calgary Photography Studio.
